What we collect
Email, name, company name and tax ID, brand and competitor names, prompts, usage logs, and a hashed IP address for abuse prevention. Payment card data is held by Stripe, not by BotShout.
How we use it
To deliver reports, billing, service emails, and marketing only where you opted in (unsubscribe anytime).
Processors
Supabase, Cloudflare, Resend, Stripe, OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, Anthropic. Only brand, category and competitor names are sent to AI providers — no personal data in prompts.
Transfers
Data may be stored in the United States.
Retention
For the life of your account plus 24 months; deleted on request.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion and objection. UK/EU users may complain to the ICO or their local authority; Australian users to the OAIC.
