Terms of Service

1. Operator

BotShout is operated by Lachlan Mackintosh trading as BotShout (ABN 20 524 685 844), Australia.

2. Service

Automated sampling of third-party AI model outputs. Informational only; no guarantee of accuracy or rankings. Not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, Perplexity or Anthropic.

3. Business customers only

Paid plans are sold only to businesses acting in the course of business, not to consumers. By subscribing you confirm you are purchasing for a business and that any tax ID you provide (VAT/GST/ABN) is valid. Where you are in the UK or EU and provide a valid VAT ID, reverse charge may apply.

4. Accounts

Provide accurate information; one user per account; no abuse, scraping or resale.

5. Billing

Prices in USD, billed monthly in advance via Stripe, auto-renewing. Cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds per the Australian Consumer Law where required.

6. Acceptable use

No unlawful content and no attempts to manipulate AI providers.

7. Intellectual property

You own your inputs; we own the service; you grant us a licence to process your inputs to provide the service.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months, except guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate; we may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Changes

We will give 30 days notice of material changes.
